Submission of Abstracts
Your abstract must reach the Conference Organiser on or before 23:59 BST, Monday 31st May 2010.
Please note that the majority of abstracts will be chosen for poster presentation, however, there are a small number of slots available for oral presentation. If you would like your abstract considered for oral presentation then please indicate when you are submitting.

There will be a chance to present clinical cases (08:00 on Tuesday 12th October) and outbreaks (08:00 on Wednesday 13th October) as oral presentation. Please refer to instructions on-line if you wish your abstract to be considered for this option.
Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
If requested, you will automatically be sent an acknowledgement via email to confirm that your abstract has been received.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of requesting it then please contact the Conference Organisers immediately.
Evaluation
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Notification of Accepted Abstracts
Authors will be informed of the decision of the Scientific Committee at the address given for correspondence by 1 July 2010, and their decision is final. At that time you will be given full details of your presentation. Please note that all presenters of accepted abstracts will be expected to register for the Conference at the appropriate rate.
If the presenter does not register by 29 July 2010 then the abstract will not be printed in the abstract book.
Amendments to Abstracts
Please check your abstract submission carefully, as you will not be able to make any amendments. Please pay particular attention to any co-authors, institutions and countries.
