Terms of Payment
60% of total exhibit fees due with contract raised after application
40% remaining: April 2010
Payment may be made by the following methods:
- Bank transfer can be made in Pounds Sterling
- Amex/Visa/Mastercard. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of processing.
For your security we do not accept your credit card details by post, fax, email or telephone. You will receive a link by email which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway (DIBS). You should expect to receive an email from industry@his2010.com which will detail yor account overview and include the secure link for payment.
All invoices must be settled by no later than 10th September or company details will not be printed in the final programme. Congrex reserve the right to pass on costs incurred for payment of fees in any currency other than Sterling.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the HIS 2010 Industry Department and the following Cancellation policy will be enforced:
- 50% of the contract price if the cancellation is received up to 3 months prior to the exhibition
- 100% of the contract price if the cancellation is received within 3 months prior to the opening of the exhibition
- In the event of an application for stand space being refused by the organisers, previous deposits will be returned to the applicant less administrative costs.

Signature of the Application and Contract implies acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
