Registration fees include:

• half day tour of Liverpool

Bursaries

A limited number of bursaries will be available to trainees. The bursary will be for registration and 3 night’s budget accommodation costs only. Travel expenses and subsistence will need to be funded by the individual participant. To qualify for a bursary you need to be a trainee under the age of 35 years. You will be required to submit proof of age and trainee status from your head of department when applying for a bursary. If you wish to be considered for a bursary please email the Conference Organisers at info@his2010.com.

Payment

Payment should be made in advance of the Conference by one of the following methods:

MasterCard/Visa. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.

For your security, we do not accept your credit card details by post, fax, email or telephone. If you register by hard copy form (available on request), you will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway (DIBS). You should expect to receive an email from registration@his2010.com which will detail your account overview and include the secure link for payment. If you do not have access to email then you may pay by cheque or bank transfer.

Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to ‘Congrex UK Ltd./HIS 2010’.

Cancellation

Notification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Conference Organisers. Cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, 29 July 2010 with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 25%. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after Thursday, 30 July 2010. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time by contacting the registration department at registration@his2010.com

Confirmations and Joining Instructions

Confirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, Joining Instructions will be sent out in September 2010, by email, to assist you with your visit to Liverpool. Please ensure you submit your email address when registering.

Data Protection

Your name and address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate on the registration form. We may be supplying names and addresses of participants to sponsors/exhibitors of the event to enable them to contact you with regard to their marketing objectives and/or satellite programme. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate on the registration form.

In the event of cancellation of the Conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the Conference Organisers and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Tours may be subject to cancellation should minimum numbers not be achieved.
